HONEYWELL MINITREND V5 ELECTRONIC DATA RECORDER
CONDITION:
Used, with minor cosmetic wear. Unit powers on and display illuminates as seen in pictures. Unit seems to respond appropriately to pressing of buttons and menu navigation. We are unable to test for full functionality, but we're assured this was a working unit when pulled from service. Return within 30 days for a refund if there are any problems.

Notes:  When first powered on after being in storage for a few weeks, we noted that the screen was dim and difficult to read. Upon re-booting, the screen seemed to be fine, as seen in pictures. We assume it just needed to warm up a bit. Will include a power cord.
PLEASE NOTE: In Pic #8 you may notice a compact flash card. The compact flash card was sold with a different unit, and IS NOT INCLUDED in this listing! We had several of these in our inventory, but only took pictures of one to be representative of all. This means the one you get may not be the exact one pictured, and may have a different serial number, and slightly more or less cosmetic wear, but please rest assured it will be identical in every way unless otherwise noted here.

Shipping
Most items are shipped within 1 business day of payment. Some larger items may have a 2-day handling time, and items shipped via freight may require 2-4 days handling time.
Shipping will be standard service (either US Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS), unless freight service is required. Please note: FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. Int'l shipments (if offered) are shipped through eBay's Global Shipping Program. Items will be packaged as safely as possible, and shipped with tracking numbers, and insured against damage during shipment**.
We only ship to verified addresses. The address associated with your eBay and Paypal accounts MUST match the delivery address, or we cannot ship. Therefore we do not do drop shipments.

To initiate a return:
1.   Determine that the item was NOT damaged during transit. If your item was damaged in shipment,
contact us immediately upon receipt!
Shipping damage is not considered a “not as described” issue and is handled differently. We will work with you to initiate a damage claim with the carrier right away. It is critically important that you document the damage with pictures, and save the item along with all packaging material, as the carrier may wish to physically inspect the damage. A delay in initiating the claim, discarding the item and/or packaging, or simply returning the item, can all jeopardize the chances of having the claim favorably resolved and receiving a refund.
2.   Ship the item back within the allowable return time frame after receiving the item.
3.   Items must be returned in the same condition that they were originally sent. For example, new items that are opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned. Items that are damaged after receipt or have had tamper-evident seal broken, altered or removed will not be eligible for a refund.
If the above conditions are met you will receive a refund for the purchase price and original shipping cost for "not as described" items. In cases of buyer's remorse (changed mind, ordered wrong part / color /size etc.) the original shipping costs will not be refunded. When free return shipping is offered, we will send you a return shipping label. NOTE: BUYERS OUTSIDE THE U.S. ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE RETURN SHIPPING
